How We Became The Condo Kings
The Condo Kings began as a partnership between brothers George and Frank in 1993. We became known as the Condo Kings because of our successful approach to real estate services in the rapidly expanding downtown and waterfront condo market in Toronto. The Condo Kings added to their team in 2001 with the addition of their brother John. This move allowed them to further expand their capabilities and take their customer service to the next level.
Having the foresight to see the growing trend in the real estate market in the GTA, we began to expand our services into the housing industry to meet the market demands. As a result, the Condo Kings expanded our real estate services beyond condos to include:
- Single Family Homes
- Detached and Semi-Detached Homes
- Freehold Town Homes
- New Developments
- Rental Properties
In 2009 we launched a new brand under the TCK name; TCK Fine Homes. This addition has further broadened our real estate services to meet the expanding needs of our clients.
