George and I trained together at the local gym and when the realtor that I had began working with let me down, I called in George and the guys to help me find the right home. George helped my wife and I buy a townhouse in the Yonge and Lawrence area and sold our St. Lawrence Market area condo in late 2007. He came recommended to me via a colleague and exceeded expectations. - His customer service focus is amazing. Whether it was meeting on weekends and evenings to view properties, returning emails and phone calls at all hours of the day, we never felt like we were “waiting for our agent to get back to us” - He is proactive and follows up. As an example, he would always let us know what happened to various properties we had looked at but did not pursue. This helped us get more “in tune” with the market and gave us confidence that we were not overpaying for our property - George listens to his clients in terms of what they think they need and want in a property and is able to present good options that fit rather than trying to push us in a direction based on what was currently available.
